1. Introduction
‍These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Dream Camp, an event organized by Tmrw Tday Festival Inc. (“Tmrw Tday”). By registering for or attending Dream Camp, you agree to these Terms.

2. Event Participation
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Community Guidelines: All attendees must adhere to the community guidelines set forth by Tmrw Tday.
• Conduct: Tmrw Tday reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the event without refund for violations of these guidelines or disruptive behavior.

3. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees
‍Tmrw Tday reserves the right to:
• Deny attendance to any individual for any reason at its sole discretion.
• Remove any attendee from Dream Camp if they violate community guidelines or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the event or its participants.No refunds will be issued in cases where entry is denied or removal occurs due to a breach of these Terms.

‍4. Booking and Refund Policy
• No-Refund Policy: All purchases are non-refundable unless Tmrw Tday cancels Dream Camp, in which case a 75% refund will be issued, with 25% credited towards a future event.
• Transfer Policy: You may transfer your package to another individual, but financial transactions must occur directly between parties.

5. Intellectual Property
• All content, including performances and materials, is owned by Tmrw Tday or its licensors. You may not record or distribute such content without permission.

‍6. Photography and Videography Consent
‍By attending Dream Camp, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You may be photographed or recorded on video during the event.
• Tmrw Tday Festival Inc. owns all rights to these photos and videos.
• These materials may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to promotional campaigns, advertisements, social media, and future event promotions.
• If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where photography or videography is actively taking place.

‍7. Liability and Indemnification
• Liability: Tmrw Tday is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in Dream Camp, except as required by law.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Tmrw Tday against any claims arising from your actions.

8. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Dream Camp is held.

‍9. Changes to Terms
Tmrw Tday may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
